What are the delivery times from White Dove Sweets?

Please allow 2-4 full working days after order is placed for delivery of your order. Very large orders of sweet cones and wedding favours will take longer to process due to their preperation methods and we will contact you with details as to how long they will take to process. Despatched via Myhermes.co.uk the package is trackable via myhermes, and requests can be made be left at the location or with a neighbour, this can be done the customer’s own risk.

We do not ship to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or the Channel islands.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery Costs are £4.99 for orders to the UK Mainland

Deliveries to Northern Ireland are £11.99

We currently do not ship to the Isle of Man or The Channel Islands

How do I pay for my sweets?

All payments are handled by Paypal. Its secure, and no money is taken directly by White Dove Sweets, so it safe and sound. All major credit cards are accepted such as

What if i'm not happy with my order?

If there is problem at all with the quality of the products, please return them, within 7 days of receipt, to: Customer Returns, White Dove Sweets, 49 Trinity Road, Hertford Heath, SG13 7QR. Please enclose your contact details, any reference labels associated with the product and details of the problem. If we cannot replace your order a full refund of the original order only will be given. In the instance of faulty goods we will provide you with a refund of the shipping charges of returning the faulty goods to us, upon proof of payment to chosen courier company.

We do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in perfect condition. Please note we cannot be held responsible if the quality of sweets deteriorate during shipping ie chocolate melting in the heat.

Unwanted Goods

If you no longer want your goods and they are not faulty, please return the goods to us in a resaleable condition within 7 days of reciept and we will offer a full refund of the goods only. The original courier charge and the charge of returning the goods will not be refunded.

 

Can I order from outside the UK?

We currently only deliver to addresses inside the UK.
